Returns, Refund & Replacements

In case if your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email for the refund and exchange arrangement. We would suggest you to check your email regularly for the order status update.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at sales@leadingbridge.com. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product.

Ordering

You can review your order information before checkout by choosing Cart>View All. You can also check for your order shipping rate by choosing your shipping country and clicking the button "Get a Quote".

Payment

We accept payment through Paypal. You can either proceed your payment through credit card or Paypal account. Please kindly contact us for further discussion if you have any other payment preference.

You can view your order status thorugh our shipping information page. You can also register for an account in our store to keep track of your order.
